Yes, Credenxia stores both your identity documents and any credentials you upload. The documents are encrypted during upload and upon storing.
Your employer will not be able to access your Primary Identity documents; however, they will be able to see your verified or desirable credentials. For example, your asbestos awareness, CSCS cards etc.
The subscription is annually and therefore any leftover credits cannot be carried over.
My Reports is the list of reports you have requested in Worker Reports and Position Reports.
You can request reports about worker’s credentials, expiry dates and verification status.
The cost of one credit is £10.
You can update an expired credential from the CHAS People Org portal or the worker can update it themselves from the CHAS People Positions Portal. You would go to the worker’s profile and update the relevant credential.
Gambier Pty ltd is the owner of “Credenxia” which is a trading name for the product. Gambier Pty Ltd brought the product off a company called Tikforce late 2018, any reference to Tikforce within the platform is simply remnants of the old branding that is still hard coded in the system. We expect to have all of these removed by mid next year.

CHAS People expires alongside your CHAS Membership annually. You will need to renew CHAS Membership to benefit from People. Once your membership is renewed, you will be able to purchase People through the contractor portal.
CHAS license the Credenxia platform from Gambier Pty Ltd.
Any existing CHAS Member on any membership tier can purchase CHAS People.
You can change your email address from the My Profile menu in the Org Portal.
CHAS People runs on all devices that have a web browser, including mobile devices. It is recommended that you have the latest version of the browser installed.
Yes. Additional managers may be added by the original Org manager.
Our Guided Help on your portal will take you step-by-step through the process of adding a manager. Alternatively, select ‘Workers’, ‘Manage Workers’, ‘Add a Manager’ and complete the relevant fields.
There is a minimum initial purchase of five credits.
ID is verified or failed instantaneously. You would see either ‘Passed’ in green after uploading the documents, or ‘Failed’ in red. On the worker’s profile, it will say that your Identity Verification is complete or failed.
Each credential has a status under each position of each worker’s details page. The status are as follows:
Not Started – The worker has not begun the process of uploading documents or set a password.
Initiated – The worker has set a password, and begun the process of uploading their documents.
In Progress – The worker’s documents are currently being verified by Credenxia.
Verified – The worker’s documents have been checked and verified.
Expiring/Expired – The worker’s documents are either expiring within the next 30 days or have expired.
Unverified – This means that the document is not mandatory and is not verified through the government system; however, the document has been uploaded.
You will be notified 30 days before a credential expires. Both the Employer and the Worker receive an email notification of this.

In the position window on the worker details page, there is a prompt worker action against each credential. The worker would then receive an email notification requesting an update of that chosen credential.
You will need to cover any existing employees you have in CHAS People and any additional you wish to add that year.
Desirable credentials are not verified, as they are not mandatory. These could be verified if requested.
When you commence a position that has been assigned to you, the first requirement is to upload your ID documents.
