The most basic requirement is a detailed understanding of your current position with your active contractors, including an assessment of the risk that they pose and what you can do to mitigate it. This comparison project does not need to be a burdensome task, as this is a project that CHAS can undertake on your behalf and have the initial results back to you in 5 to 10 working days.
