The Feefo Trusted Service Award is an independent seal of excellence highlighting an organisation’s track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Trusted Service status is awarded only to businesses that use Feefo to aggregate customer reviews and insights — businesses that receive a large number of glowing reviews are given the award.

What Is The Feefo Platinum Service Award?
Every year, Feefo acknowledges the companies that go above and beyond for their customers. Organisations that deliver outstanding service are rewarded with a Trusted Service Award from one of the following tiers:
- Trusted Service
- Gold Trusted Service
- Platinum Trusted Service.
The Trusted Service 2022 Award is given to businesses that have collected at least 50 reviews on Feefo between 1 January 2020 and 31 December 2021 — reviews must have an average score of 4.0 to 4.4.
To achieve the Gold Trusted Service 2022 Award, businesses must achieve 50 Feefo reviews within the same period and reach an average service score of at least 4.5.
To qualify for the highly coveted Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award, brands must achieve three consecutive years of Gold customer service ratings of 4.5 or higher.
