Email us at admin@chas.co.uk or call our helpline on 0345 521 9111 and please give us as much detail as possible. We may be able to resolve this straight away for you, if not we will acknowledge your complaint or appeal within 48 hours.

We Will Investigate

We will check we have all the information we need and may ask you for further clarity. We will consult our records, the people involved and make a fair and impartial decision.

We Will Respond To You

We will endeavour to resolve your complaint or appeal within 10 working days and will provide you with information about what has been done. If we decide Veriforce CHAS improvements can be made, we will take action to resolve this.
