We acknowledge the great trust and reliance that all our customers place in us to provide these essential services without disruption, to keep them safe and compliant with health & safety legislation/supply chain obligations. We also recognise our responsibility to protect our colleagues.
We are doing everything we can to maintain the smooth running of the business, and are following the advice from the UK Government to ensure both safety for our people and business continuity for our contractors and clients.
We have taken steps to make sure we can continue to deliver the level of quality, excellence and timeliness you are accustomed to from us during these unique circumstances.
CHAS has long been committed to a flexible workplace, and we have the technological and operational infrastructure for the organisation to work virtually. As a result, our employees will work away from the office where they are fully equipped to access all our systems securely, taking your calls and emails to deliver the service levels you require.
