McCarthy Stone has 8 major projects planned in the South West of England, with the first starting in the next few months. They are keen to meet with contractors across all trades who are interested in being considered for this work.
You’re invited to meet members of the McCarthy Stone team for one-to-one discussions regarding your firm’s capabilities. This is a great opportunity to showcase your firm and to understand more about McCarthy Stone and their pipeline of work.

Assessment Level
All eligible contractors will be required to achieve CHAS Advanced (PAS91) as a minimum in order to work with McCarthy Stone. The Veriforce CHAS team will be at the event to discuss that assessment process.
All these projects are due to start 2024 / 2025 with completion 2025 / 2026.
