Head to VeriforceOne to begin the registration process. VeriforceOne is our online portal where you can create and manage your CHAS account, monitor your compliance level and access exclusive membership benefits.

It offers a single, easy-to-use dashboard for all risk management needs and lets you perform actions such as renewing your verification. With VeriforceOne, you can register to join Verified Supplier, monitor your verification status and upload your verification documents.

Step 2: Tell Us About Your Company

Next, we’ll ask you to provide the following information about your business:

  • Your company name and address
  • Your primary representative’s contact information
  • Your corporate email address and phone number
  • Your number of employees

CHAS Tip: Entering your Companies House registration number or registered company name will auto-fill most of your business details, making registration faster.

We’ll also ask you to set a strong password to secure your VeriforceOne profile.

Step 3: Choose A Pricing Tier

Verified Supplier pricing starts at £79.00 (plus a variable one-off joining fee starting at £49) and is based on your number of employees.

All membership packages include benefits such as access to our jobs board and discounted resources. Larger packages include access to a wider range of certification modules.

Step 4: Complete Your Verifications

Verified Supplier covers nine areas of risk management, ranging from health and safety to information security. To achieve verification, you must upload documents and policies demonstrating your compliance with legislation and supply chain standards.

  • Health and safety policy
  • Evidence of risk assessments and method statements
  • Records of on-site health and safety inspections
  • Financial and insurance documents
  • Proof of training and certification

You are free to complete these assessments at your own pace. Your verification begins only when all your verifications are complete and approved by our assessors.
